Claire Capron


Claire Capron is the Director of Behavioral Health at RAHC and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University at Albany – SUNY, and as a Certified Dementia Care Specialist (CDCS), is able to provide screenings for patients and training for caregivers.

Working with adults and adolescents, Claire specializes in the treatment of trauma, depression, and anxiety and is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a therapy which helps to alleviate flashbacks and nightmares and images of trauma that haunt those suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

In her free time, Claire enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, and painting using various types of mediums.
