**make sure you are connected to the internet. If you are not connected or unsure, call or send a text message to patient access at (540) 464-8700
- Download the Healow app on your phone or tablet
Click here to download the app for Apple devices
Click here to download the app for Android devices - Select “GET STARTED”
- Select “FIND MY DOCTOR”
- Search by “PRACTICE NAME” and enter Rockbridge Area Health Center in Lexington, VA
- Click on “Rockbridge Area Health Center”
- Enter your patient portal username and password. Call or send a text message to patient access if you are unable to access at (540) 464-8700.
- Click on your appointment with your counselor
- Fill out the PHQ and GAD questionnaire
- Do NOT enter your vitals
- Your session will begin ?

- Go to Rockbridge Area Health Center’s homepage at https://www.rockahc.org/
- Click on “PATIENT PORTAL” in the top left corner of the screen.
- Enter your patient portal username and password. Call or send a text message to patient access if you are unable to access at (540) 464-8700.
- Click on your appointment with your counselor
- Fill out the PHQ and GAD questionnaire
- Do NOT enter your vitals
- Your session will begin ?
