Telemedicine Services

Rockbridge Area Health Center is proud to announce that we are now offering TeleVisits for medical, dental (limited) and behavioral health patients, a more convenient appointment option, allowing patients to have a visit with their health care provider from the comfort of their home or office.

Telehealth visits are formal visits where the provider records the visit a patient’s health care chart and a charge is filed with the insurance company or a nominal fee is charged for uninsured patients. Medicare patients are also able to schedule a telehealth visit. Treatment will be determined by the provider, which may include prescribing medications or requiring the patient be seen in person

To schedule a TeleVisit, call or send a text message to (540) 464-8700.

Be sure that you are registered to access your Patient Portal for your appointment.

Patients can access the Patient Portal by visiting https://mycw67.ecwcloud.com/portal8803/…/100mp/login_otp.jsp

* Please note that in the event of an emergency you should not use TeleVisits, but call 911 to seek immediate medical help.

  1. Download the Healow app on your phone or tablet

  2. Select “GET STARTED”
  3. Select “FIND MY DOCTOR”
  4. Search by “PRACTICE NAME” and enter Rockbridge Area Health Center in Lexington, VA
  5. Click on “Rockbridge Area Health Center”
  6. Enter your patient portal username and password. Call or send a text message to patient access if you are unable to access at (540) 464-8700.
  7. Click on your appointment with your counselor
  8. Fill out the PHQ and GAD questionnaire
  9. Enter your vitals
  10. Your session will begin ?

  2. Go to the “Patient Portal” in the top left corner of the RAHC website.

  4. Click on your appointment with your counselor
