Back to School Vaccination Clinic – Maury River Middle School

The Rockbridge Area Health Center, in partnership with Rockbridge County Schools, will offer school-required immunizations at Maury River Middle School on August 18 from 7 – 11 am.

Appointments may include:

• Required immunizations for 6th and 7th graders and rising seniors:
  – Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis vaccine), HPV, and the first dose of meningococcal vaccines to 6th and 7th graders
• Any School and Day Care Minimum Immunization Requirements set forth by the Virginia Department of Health

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, unless they submitted a School-Based Health Center consent form at the start of the school year.
