ockbridge Area Health Center (RAHC) and local schools are collaborating to provide physical exam and vaccination clinics for students entering preschool and kindergarten.
Physical exams (i.e., vitals, hearing and vision screening, and provider exam) and required vaccinations will be provided during the scheduled clinics.
Pfizer 5 – 11-year-old COVID-19 vaccine will be available onsite for interested parents.
The Kindergarten Physical and Vaccination clinic schedule is:
- June 22 – Rockbridge Area Health Center, 8:20 am – 6:30 pm
- June 30 – Rockbridge Area Health Center, 9:20 am – 2:30 pm
(Originally scheduled at Central Elementary School) - July 21 – Rockbridge Area Health Center, 8:20 am – 6:30 pm
- July 28 – Mountain View Elementary School, 9:20 am – 2:30 pm
- August 4 – Fairfield Elementary School, 9:20 am – 2:30 pm
- August 11 – Natural Bridge Elementary School, 9:20 am – 2:30 pm
Parents or guardians must accompany their students during the visit.
