The Rockbridge Area Health Center will host the 16th annual Bull & Oyster Fest at the Virginia Horse Center on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 1 pm – 5 pm. This event attracted over 750 people in 2023 for an afternoon of bluegrass music, delicious barbeque, oysters, and loads of fun.
The primary source of funding for this event is derived from sponsors. Your goodwill enables our community health center to continue to provide over $1 million of uncompensated medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services annually to underserved members of Rockbridge County and the surrounding areas.
Rockbridge Area Health Center has served a record number of medical and behavioral patients at three locations and throughout the county in a mobile unit, and dental services at two locations and in a mobile unit. Many of our patients are patients requiring financial assistance. Proceeds from the Bull & Oyster Fest help us provide health care services for our underserved patients and support the mission of the Rockbridge Area Health Center to promote and provide access to comprehensive, high-quality, and affordable healthcare to improve the health and well-being of the greater community.

RAHC partners with Blackbaud to cover ALL card processing fees.
After submitting a donation amount and billing information, sponsors have the option to help cover processing fees.
Although the form defaults to 10%, sponsors may choose a different amount ornothing at all.
We do not get notified whether or not a sponsor opts to cover fees.
