Every First Tuesday — Stroller Walk Beginning September 1, 2026 | Chessie Nature Trail, Lexington
Moms and caregivers are invited to join the Strong Starts Team for a community stroller walk along the Chessie Nature Trail. Participants should meet at the trailhead in Lexington; the walk begins at 10:05 a.m. This is a relaxed, social gathering designed to build community and encourage movement.
Every Second Tuesday — La Leche League Breastfeeding Support Group Beginning September 8, 2026 | RAHC Conference Room
Led by Cindy Downes, a certified La Leche League Leader, this group provides breastfeeding education, peer support, and resource sharing for breastfeeding families. Whether a mother is just beginning her breastfeeding journey or looking for ongoing encouragement, this group offers a welcoming, knowledgeable community.
Every Third Tuesday — Mom + Me Connection Beginning September 15, 2026 | RAHC Conference Room
A connection-focused gathering for mothers and their pre-walking children. This group is designed to help moms learn, connect, and grow alongside other families in the community.
Every Fourth Tuesday — Prenatal Series Beginning September 22, 2026 | RAHC Conference Room
A six-week rotating educational series for expectant families, covering topics including:
